I'm waiting for a few more pieces to come in the mail before I submit my next comic book figure, in the mean time here is one of my older works. I did this about three years before any of my other projects. I intend to destroy him after this post to make a similar scale Extremis Iron Man, so I figure I should at least document him first.
I can't wait to post what I have 99% complete, this is just filler until it's ready. Stay Tuned and Thanks For viewing!!!

M, lov'n this build! I too have built a couple of "Giant" mechs! I like how you've used the turntable for the arm connection. I did the same thing with Zeta Dues for the legs. Then I pinned them exactly where I wanted them with small gears. Another technique I wanted to share, on Zeta Prime, I used the portal axles from the Unimog set for the arm and legs joints. They are controlled by a small and discreet worm gear, and they are poseable, a great joint for a huge mech! Again, this is awesome, and huge! Z |

Much. Too. Big. Really, I want to take this thing apart and see how you built the joints. Not only can it stand on its own, but it can hold poses?! The engineering of this thing is amazing. It's somewhere near 3 feet tall, right? It must weigh a ton! The proportions are great; th legs may seem disproportionately large, but a mech of this size would need outsized legs, so it's perfect. This one needs to get more notice; it must have been a heck of a project for you! I'd lke you to add in some onfo on the MOC's page, just some background on the build, what scale you'd say it's on, and what that gizmo in the not-cockpit is supposed to be.
I would definitely Check out the base teknomeka Instructions to see how the geared frame works, it is genius engineering. My Mech's construction (Including armor head engine weaponry etc is all custom) But the basic joint construction is from those instructions. It'll cost about 20 Bucks but it is well worth it in my opinion, I learned so much.

Nice I'm glad you didn't use bioncle parts but built him out of real lego parts.
Thanks, I'm not a purist but Bionicle Never did it for me, If I use those pieces it is sparingly and not obvious ways.
