About this creation
This 4-4-0 steam locomotive was made in 1904 by Brickwin Locomotive Works. It was delivered to Brick Railway and given number 7. It worked the Fort Legoredo branch of that railway from it's delivery until 1925, when it was sent to shunt the yards of Downtown Ironwood, from 1925 to 1929. It was then retired and placed in the Ironwood Transportation Musuem along with it's orginal passenger consist from the Legoredo branch. It was restored to operating condtion in 1988 - '90. It runs almost every summer weekend from Ironwood museum to the Fort Legoredo (about 30 miles away) station in the morning and back that afternoon.
