The Gray
So, this is my second, villainous thing-a-ma-jig. Yes.
About this creation
Race: Unknown
Origin: Unknown
Homeworld: Presumably Quelos Magna
Over time, the inhabitants of Spherus Magna grew a new dream, to touch the stars. As all intelligent life do, they pursued this dream, and after experimenting with technologies that manipulated the power of kanohi, they flew into space.
Thousands. of years later, matoran and agori had colonized other nearby planets. Quelos Magna was one of these. Now, Quelos Magna has been cut off from all interaction with any other planets. Chunks of its surface can be found floating high in orbit, in an attempt to sterilize it of the plague that has ridden it for ages. The Gray.
It is still unclear as to where the Gray Originated. The highest supported theory is that a Matoran named Milop was found with a strange Gray infection on his arm after exploring a large cave. It had mutated his arm somewhat, pieces of machinery being peeled and rewired, the leftovers haging loosely at the side Days later the infection had spread to his heartlight, and he changed. It is unknown what the Gray does exactly once it reaches the Heartlight, but the effect is simple. The being will no longer be him- or her- self. Their countenance will change, their manner, everything that defines their personality.

The first, a Ko-matoran construction worker. The Gray has mutated his left leg, left arm, and portions of the body. Because of his line of work and profession, his arm was mutated into an over-powered megalith welder.

Though zombie-like, the Gray enhances the ability of the infected, and replaces the personality with something cunning, deceptive, and always persuading others to give in to the Gray.

The heartlight.

An Agori. His profession... not entirely sure. Something to do with a chain, lol.

Le mutated foot.

And the chain, made from a ton of hero cuffs.

And more heartlights.

Can't really take a picture of him swinging the chain. But it looks awesome.

This guy, was a poacher. Evil in the first place. So he got a super mutated claw, with some yellow remnants.

Moooooooooorrrrrreee heartlight.

And his totally messed up and scrapped arm.

"Heheh, come. Take my hand, and I will show you a whole new world..."
The Gray infects through contact.

"Blargh, we're evil!"
You guys totally failed the whole threatening thing.

The Gray will cease to spread once the heartlight is reached, but the mask will begin to decay, explaining the organic, slimy look of their masks. Eventually, they will peel from the head, and will leave a mark that prevents a mask ever bein put on the head again.

This suffocates the Matoran and Agori, leaving them to fully decay, and wither away to nothing...

So, the basic background of these builds was just me experimenting with bodies. So, I further developed the whole being, and now I have three creepy dudes.
I imagine these dudes to be kind of like the Bionicle worlds stromlings. Yeah. The Gray is a really important antogonist in Terilis' story, so I decided to reveal what they would kind of look like. Comments are appreciated, constructive critism as well. Bye, thanks for viewing!

Well now. That was only the second spookiest thing I've heard today... The idea is great, I really like how you presented it. I love the builds of the matoran. It is usually pretty hard to get a good matoran build that still gives you a heartlight. Good job.

Quoting Ahpolki Ihu Zombie-like, yet intelligent. Almost reminds me of The Flood from the Halo series. Is The Gray really a virus, or some form of intelligent life?
Hmm-hmm-heh-ha-ha! You'll have to read teh story to find out!
