It is a Self Propelled Gun version of the French AMX 13 light tank. It carried a 155mm howitzer. It is the smallest and lightest tank carrying this gun. It had a crew of eight, six of those had to drive along in separate vehicles because of it's small size. Everyone but the driver had to stand outside to operate it :D

I believe the model is minifig scale.
