This is Sector-B's Medical Tanker XT.
One of the main places it works is the ICE-Planet Krysto!

The key feature on the tanker is its large tank in the center.
It holds many fluids and disperses them by a large hose.

The Sector-B Medical Tanker XT also has light shields...
One of the craft was almost destroyed by a Wampa!
