Vintage Sedan
Fits 2 figs, detachable roof.
About this creation

The idea here was to leave the fenders as they are to gain some room for the spare tires at the right place. Fellow Eurobricker SearchFunction (see www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=485157) showed me how 2 figs can be placed in a 6w car when using the old thin doors - so it was worth a try. Due to stability requirements the figs must be seated on the second level, but the whole thing still can be kept quite low.

Thanks a lot guys! @Nick: Many thanks Nick, highly appreciated! @Allan: Thanks. Yeah, looks odd with a 6w screen. @Angka: Glad to hear that Angka! @Nils: Thanks buddy! No, I am still learning - that's why I needed a little help with the figs ;-) @Aaden: Thanks mate! @Chris: Thanks a lot Chris! @Luke: Thanks a lot! Yeah, sometimes you only need to omit something ... @Tom: Thanks a lot Tom, glad you love it! @Loek: Many thanks, glad to hear that! Hopefully there will be some more vintage cars ...

Cool, another vintage car (or Oldtimer as we Germans call them in pseudo English). Your really becoming a master of them, pal! And this one is 6-wide only for two minifigs, which makes it even cooler. Great job! :-))

Glad you like it, guys! @Senator: Thanks a lot! @Dohoon: Thanks, mate! @Sven: Glad you love it, buddy! @Steffen: Thanks a lot, glad to hear that! @STC: Thanks a lot (I think she is cute anyway ;-) @Ray: Thx, I had this impression myself ... @Chris: Many thanks, here the suicide doors are not on purpose - I didn't find a different solution. @mark: Thanks! @Elk: Thanks a lot! @Larry: Glad to hear that. The reason why they always fit is that I build the cars around the figs ;-) @Nimdian: Thanks a lot! @Starscream: Thanks a lot, glad to hear that! @Builder: Thx, glad you like it. @sinan: Thanks a lot! @Ape: Many thanks! @Marc: Thanks a lot! @Zbigniew: Many thanks! @Parrington: Thx! @David: Many thanks for your kind words, glad to hear that! If there is a simple solution - why complicate things? I didn't really think of the mentioned set because of the different scales, but the colour design has some similarities indeed. @Joe: Thx mate, glad to hear that. Fenders are in my dreams, and in my nightmares ;-)

A great MOC, simple but effective use of the components. I think this could be a Lego set, it has the looks and the playability. It also has echos of the Cadillac set from 1975 (Yes, I'm that old!) http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=390-1
