After playing A LOT of Skyrim, I wanted to build my own dragon from the game. At first I tried to build Alduin, but he has so many spikes so it would be to complicated to make it in the scale im making it in, so i decided to make my own skyrim-inspired dragon.
It almost took me two weeks to build it
the whole model:
the head. the eyes are barely being held on, a little bit of shaking and they would just fall out.
the leg. This part took me about four days, to make.
the back of the wing:
the wing structure:
If you didn't know. I have written my dragons name in the dragon language from the game. his name translates to: hunter, phantom, master.
I made the picture below for those who cant really read the name tag.
It is amazing and complex (especially the head, I will take inspiration from it next time), but all the details, although giving it a deadly look, look a bit anorganic, especially the tail. A little more consistent (and hole-less) one would do better. Do more dragons, it is a theme worthy of your skill. And take really good photos, now!
