Well it is my birthday today, and my wife just proved how wonderful she is. I made an off hand comment about having no brown bricks, and how frustrating when castle building this was. Her and my daughter had popped into John Lewis and picked up a bucket of brown bricks as one of my presents. Also my brother has sent me the current technic crane; expect to see some caterpillar track classic space soon!

Happy belated birthday, David. You snuck yet another one by me, man. You are too fast for me. I think I may have to quit my job and just stare at this site to keep up with what's new from you;) Another great work. Only you would come up with a dinosaur siege engine. An apt fit for your Jurassic Castle theme. I love the shape. The head is perfect, and I like how you have employed the new brown bricks. Question: I've never heard of John Lewis. Is that a store?
John Lewis is indeed a British Department store. I'm working on other MOCs that need large amounts of square brown bricks. |

You can just imagine this monster's head reaching over the top of battleemtns and gobbling up the defenders. Once again you've prdouce a MOC that really should have been a Lego set. |

I'd make a cake but I don't think plastic or paper tastes very good. |

Happy Birthday David :D. Absolutely love the head. Ok I am over thinking this again - So it’s your birthday, you have received a gift and this moc has a Trojan horse feel to it (as Chris states below). Your wife isn’t Greek is she? ;-). I swear there is a saying about this. Great build my friend. Hope you have a great day.
No she's not Greek; always surprising though.

Happy Birthday, David. Thank your girls for us, too! Hope that their gift helps you build us some more Jurassic Castle to view! :)
There is always rooms for more Jurassic Castle builds - love my girls and my little boy (he was at nursery otherwise I'm sure he'd of had a hand in the Lego buying). |

Happy birthday! Great work with the look of this. I feel the legs supporting the structure could be better, but it still looks good. I would be happy to get a large supply of brown bricks, but I'm betting that's not the only good present you got ;) Looking forward to that space creation using those caterpillars, should be interesting!
I've been wanting to build with some new technic pieces for a while, so should be exciting. |

Good one! I suggest maybe a tail to balance it.
The steps are hinged to lift and become the tail. I should add a photo of it in that configuration shouldn't I. |
