________________________________________________

The Versailles II represented little in the way of technological innovation. Its performance was only slightly better than the Versailles mobile armor featuring slight improvements in power output, acceleration, armor, and sensor range. The Versailles II also features improvements in armament, being more compatible with various beam weaponry, a major flaw in the Versailles.

One truly new piece of technology featured in the Versailles II is it's flight capabilities, allowing it to operate both on Earth and in space.

@Rabid: Which three words?

And thus the world was changed with those three little words. Very nice model. I like the selection of weapons as well. ^Blub^

Quoting Me23456789 ("Me2" or "Me") @Sylphion: Haha! I figured at least one person would catch that. But I'd say that light-based weaponry (lasers, for instance) contains enough of the visible color spectrum to pass for a rainbow. I don't know why, but when I saw "spew rainbows" I immediately thought of the mech puking rainbows from its mouth. Hey, that may be a good place to mount the aforementioned laser! Yes... yes, I think spewing rainbows is an EXCELLENT direction to take the Versailles... XD
Actually, that's a bloody good idea! I'll start work on in as soon as I can!

Quoting ariklego ...The Director! I love the quotes you add at the beginning... :P Awesome, Sylphion. I've never been able to get the Eastern-style Mech flight systems right on my own Mechs, with all the different thingies sticking out...
Thanks! It's all a matter of trial and error I suppose, the only reason why they look good on this mech is probably because they're real slender looking, compared to 'Western' mechs, at least. But at the same time, the limitations of this design is that there are so many curves, I can't quite make it look 'Full Armored' or heavily armed.

Quoting Me23456789 ("Me2" or "Me") Well if it flies, it's already automatically 20% cooler. Great work!
The next step is to make it spew rainbows, yes?
