Pretty awesome MOC, I concur with Gringat. Additionally, the legs have a good design to them, but don't seem to carry that Rahkshi vibe for me... but aside from that, very nice. :)

Excellent! Some more parts filling in the back might be a good idea, just so the spine isn't flapping around free like that. You've kept it very close in look to the Rahkshi from the movies, which is great.
