Hi everyone, I haven't been active on MOCpages since months neither posting nor commenting though I saw great creations from many of my favorite builders. Sorry for that. I will try to change that and build and post other things than my usual 5-wide cars. But here is another one :
The birth, agony and resurrection of a tan luxury cabrio from the end of the 30s. First version. Thanks in advance for your ratings and comments. Check version 2 to see the differences

Hi Alex, thanks for your comments. You are one of my favorite builders so I get an email each time you post a new creation. As an administrator, I try to comment every vehicle added to the 5 wide studless cars' club but I have a wife and 3 kids I try to spend time with, a full time job. And I also try to find some time to build, potography and post some new MOCs here and on Flickr. So don't be to much in a hurry please. |

Is this the first tan car en situ?
No, there is a very good Holden from the mid 60s by Timothy Gould; and I've seen 2 Tan and brown cars on LUGnuts : an excellent 70s highway patrol vehicle back by Orion Pax and an beautiful 1933 Cadillac from -derjoe- |

Magnifique!!! Juste une question: où a tu récupéré le sticker de calandre Pontiac stp? : ) 5/5 en tout cas! ; )
The grille is Bricklink ref. 3069bpb032. When I saw it I knew I had to buy it and it is that part that inspired me this car but was a real problem tu put on.
Salut, c'est la référence Bricklink : 3069bpb032. En la voyant, je me suis dit que je devais l'acheter et c'est cette pièce qui m'a inspiré la voiture mais m'a posé quelques problème. |

As always, excellent! This was the perfect way to use that tile with the split grille decal. One of my current projects will use some of the same chrome pieces you used here. :) |
