Somewhere between Large- and Minifig-scale stands The Black Knight (It has nothing to do with Batman). Features a monster engine, raised tail, side plates, and the classic open box cabin.

About this creation

Front end, showing off the radiator and engine scoop

Side, with plates, chrome engine, and the pole is the steering column.

Raised tail. Also seen is the red gas tank. Or should I say Chinchilla Red a.k.a. 'Ima explode' gas tank. Did I mention the awesome flame-spitting exhaust pipes?

Interior, very simple. Shifter, steering wheel, and leather seats. Maybe I should put a TURBO button in there...

Top view of the engine. Notice the bump, really the transmission housing. Oh, and somehow mini-me got in there.

The engine, removed. The fan actually spins!

No engine

The chassis. Everything comes off quite easily. And yet is stuck when in motion. Dunno how I got that to work out.

Shot of the bottom of the chassis. Oh and there's that gas tank. It actually helps hold the rear axle on.

And everything off. Left to right: Transmission housing, headlamps, side panels, chassis, and the cabin with the steering column (really an antennae).
