A French Romanesque church in Detroit, MI.
About this creation

This church was designed in the 1920s by Ralph Adams Cram, one of the foremost church architects of the era. While he often built in the Gothic style, for St. Mary's of Redford he designed a French Romanesque church.

I built this model in 2002 and it appeared at a couple of MichLUG shows, GATS-Grand Rapids 2002 and Trainorama 2002.

Nice colour and great tower. I especially like the black half-dome roof on the far side, very smooth indeed! H§
