Its funny, this build. My cousins were coming over for the weekend, and they knew I was into Lego, so I knew I had to have something to impress them. Usually, I don't try, or know how to impress people with my builds, but this is one of my best builds yet! I love it! (I'm gonna try some more impressive MOCs, BTW :D)
About this creation
I was mucking around on my camera, and found some cool photo styles...

So, basically, its an outpost, with these rangers, in a forest. But you probably worked that out on your own :P

see that tree, right down in the bottom corner - I designed it! :D

I really love this rim technique I found :)

this one basically keeps one colour of your choice, and everything else goes black or white :)

this pic really highlights its use.

please note the bottom half of my tree design, now in the top left.

super vivid

I wanted some Mark of falworth - style trees. I think they turned out well, and i found an epic new tree design :)

How I sort it out afterwards - colours, pieces, or techniques.

I decided to do the Blaek Baer/Whatsisface thing, where you turn the MOC upside-down, and drop it... It was more fun than you'd think, lol!

I hope you all enjoyed!

God bless you all!

it s interesting to see how your work as a whole, starts to get really attractive from this point on, to your newest pieces, as I start from the old to the new, it will be interesting to see the progress, this one is hot,the figs are well designed, in a lush and convincing scene, all is top notch! bravo!

Quoting Cody G Interesting techniques! I would focus some of that smaller foliage around larger plants such as trees, with more sparse areas between the large plants. That way you have paths and such, and you don't go overboard with the small foliage.
ok, thanks for the feedback!

thanks a lot, man, it means a lot to me!
Quoting Justin M This is fantastic, Tim. The water design is brilliant. I bet those cousins of yours were impressed! ;)
heck, they were! XD
Quoting RICtendo (Hungry) Awesome. Although, I swear I saw legs used as flexible water (I know that doesn't make sense) before.

Quoting Freeling ++ !!! What photo editor did you use for the one color effect?!? And about the water, it's well.... Maybe you shouldn't use legs for water. ;)
just an ption on my camera... yeah, well, I like it :P
Quoting David Roberts I love the styling of the battlements from teeth and legs (a bit gruesome though!). The river works well, especially the waterfall, but all those, poor legless minfigs! Great work: I think that it looks very good.
haha, thanks a lot!
Quoting Andre Benjamin That water is just ridiculous. A-maz-ing.
wow, thanks!
Quoting Armon Russ I like it. Very deciduous. That tower is very well designed. Though minifigure legs probably aren't the best use for rivers. I hope you impress your cousins with this! ;)
thanks! for some reason, I like legs for water, lol! I did impress them, thanks!

This looks... Great! That water technique is pretty cool. I wonder if are camera has that effect. There have been a few MOCs that I have wanted to flip, I think my next MOC is going to meet that fate. :D --John
