STORY: Toa Tihur was a Le-Matoran born in Kacia Island and created by Mata Nui destined to be a Toa. When Makuta Kudarax attacked the island, he and nine other Matoran transformed into Toa. They defeated Kudarax' henchmen and battled the Makuta, defeating him.
