About this creation
I discovered this free GIF creator , and have been doing some experimenting with making them using legos. Basicly it's simple stop-motion animating. Here's one I made starring Phipson.

What a pity... it doesn't work (like you already know). I'm not sure, but, did you choose more images than one? If you didn't, look at this: http://www.picasion.com/site-help/#4 I can't give you some more advice because I don't know what went wrong when you tried to make this GIF... Let me hear something when the GIF works, please?
