Movie poster series begins in 3.2.1 GO!
About this creation
After doing Poltergeist the other day, I decided a movie poster series will be a fun way for me to play around with photoshop.

Here is two original movie art images of this film, made in 1950 and starring the legendary Jimmy Stewart. I kind of combined them both to create my own version.

Quoting Chris Phipson Simple, yet well done! I liked it! Looking forward to seeing what you do if you decide to do a whole series of these! ~ Chris.
Thanks, I've been doing a Universal Monster series, you know the monsters from the 1930s/40s. And have been posting them as I do them on flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/82815892@N07/ I am waiting till I've finished the series then I will add them as one post here. I didn't want to clog up the site and my homepage with heaps of one image posts.

I see you really enjoy your newly discovered software and we can be happy that you found it, otherwise we'd never had the pleasure of enjoying your beautiful movie poster versions. This is going to be an amazing series.

Quoting Yuri Fassio Is that shadow from the bunny costume figgie? That's brilliant!
Yep. It was really hard actually to get him to cast a shadow and still have enough light for the rest of the scene.

Quoting Topsy Creatori(StoveTop nomore!) It's good to see you building towards the more older classic films. (I'm a fan of those.) Of course when I think of Jimmy Stewart films, my favotites are Vertigo and Rear Window, both directed my the master himself, Alfred Hitchcock. I would love to see you do something from one of A H's films! (The Birds perhaps?) :)
Classic films are my life, and as for Hitch, he's my main man. Love his work best of all, my favourite of all being Notorious.
