Hot Wheels: DEORA II
Well,Hot Wheels cars were in my blood since I was a little toddler (You know, people,I still collect them). So I decided to make my favourite Hot Wheels car-the magical Deora II.
About this creation

Sooo....The front is VERY accurate,as you can see. It has an accurate front grill and a nice pick-up truck style.

another photograph of the magnificant front...

...and the truck is capable of holding one minifigure. Pretty neat, huh?

Welcome,to the side. The two yellow plates simulate surfboards, just like the real Deora II!

...And get ready for trillions of shots of the rear

So,I made it as accurate as possible, sporting four gigantic exhaust pipes and the nice looking rear lights!

And the spoiler too. Impressive,right?

Another shot of the side, just so you can know that it's symetrical. :)

OH,when will I stop with the front? Well, never,I guess. :P

Just so you people know,This might be a pick-up truck, but being practical is its smallest purpose!

Main reason of existance: style, speed and epicness. OH YES!

Well,Lads,I hope you all liked my presentation and the DEORA II itself. Took me quite some time to make it,but it sure was worth it!
Please , Rate and comment, dear MOCers!
Thank you!
Good bye! :D
See you all next time!

I have this toy truck myself and also think it's really cool and I think it might be some kind of race truck(the reason why it's not a practical truck)!

Note too bad! Too bad that it's very small though and lack the detail but not a bad attempt. It's great to see another person who loves Hot-Wheels and by the way Hotwheels was first established in 1968.

Wow, a great 6-wide version of this iconic Hot Wheels model! You really got the style of it, great job! :-)) P.S.: Deora II is on my to do list, too. Maybe there will be a 4-wide version later this year...

Quoting Aaden Hughes Awesome mate, just awesome! I use to have about 5 or 6 of these beauties and you have captured the shape perfectly! Love the front end and the surfboards look fantastic! You have included every detail there is! Once again, awesome work mate!
5 or 6,you say? I've started to love this model a few months ago,and it was very hard to find one. All I could find was the color shifters version! But , yeah, thanks for the support! :D

Quoting King Andy Hey, I know this car! I really like Hot Wheels, and this model is one of the most famous Hot Wheels cars (a little curiosity, Deora was one of the cars that Hot Wheels made in the first colection of 1962. In Hot Wheels movie "Highway 35", Vert drive a new modern version of this car, Deora II, this one). Your model is relly nice, really recognizable :) But, in my opinion, it would be better if you make the paintjob from "Acceleracers", in blue/white with "TEKU" logo in the sides. But now is a 5/5 obviously ;)
Mate,i know everything. I watched all the hot wheels movies. And a correction: the original deora was actually part of the 16 first original red lines in 1968. But , yeah, all your other info is correct :). Making a TEKU. Deora II would be impossible for me, since I have almost no blue or orange lego bricks. Aaanyways, thanks for the support, mate! :D
