A Viper from me! The Viper GTS-R!
About this creation
The front. The stripe is made of 2 1X1 roof tiles, because the 1X2 roof tiles make it look like one whole stripe.
The side. There is an intake near the front wheel arch, but I tried to re-create it by using 1X2 roof tiles, but it didn't work. So I just used tiles. Also, the windsheild is further back on the Vipers. So on this, it's a stud back.
The rear. I just felt like having the 1X2 on the spoiler float.
Rear side.
The exhaust. If I build this in real pieces, which I'll try to do, the exhausts will just be normal studs, because the ones I used only come in white.
The headlights.
The spoiler and rear lights. The ones on the real GTS-R are quite big, so 2 1X1s went well.
The hood stripe. Again, like I said earlier, the stripe is made with only 1 stud wide pieces.
Two artistic shots.

So, there is my Dodge Viper GTS-R! I hope you liked it! And stay tuned for more!

Hey, you actually are cheating on the spoiler. Because the 1x2 isn't connected to anything... I'll update. NOW!!!!! |

Hi Mitchell, I'm posting this as a reply to your post on my DeLorean. I'm sorry, but I don't have unlimited time for LEGO. I have more than 100 favourite builders and I look at every new creation that every one of them builds. Some builders post about one model a day. I can't write a comment on each one of them. Because of my limited time I have to "pick out the cherrys" and write a comment only on the special models that have something that others don't have. I really like your building style and I keep on looking for your new creations, but I won't have the time to write a comment for each one of them.

That's a cool 4-wide Viper, I think you can't get much closer to the original in 4-wide scale. I'd love to see this one built with real bricks! Great job! :-)) P.S.: I'm planning to build one as well, but I'm still in the early brainstorming process with LDD... ;-)) I have a real brick GTS-R built already! And the 2013 SRT! |

A bit short and blocky in my opinion, but otherwise a nice four wide :) Thanks! I'll see if I can improve it.;) |
