By day Jangles adds to the local island color wearing dreadlocks and stinging unsuspecting vacationing North Americans!
About this creation
Typical you might say… nothin’ new here! But,Topsy would NEVER enter a typical build into the BCBS’s Month of November Challenge Build #7: "Ultimate Flexibility!"

Oh yah… Jangles ‘glows’ for Reggae Nightlife Action!
And...
He likes to ‘flex it’… his pulsating canopy that is!
Cuz, hey mon… that’s how jellyfish move and grove!
Click on the Youtube video to watch Jangles 'Move It'.
Oh... Turn up the volume to hear the background music!

Sadly, washed ashore… there comes a time for each creature to meet its maker!

Well, perhaps it's his maker's foot sporting her favorite sandals by Kenneth Cole!

4th wall: Did anyone notice my use of old Fabuland figure arms?

Quoting David Roberts I love the inverted colour photo, with the tentacles dangling, ready to capture some food. The photo of Jangles washed up on the beach is sadly realistic too :( Very imaginative work :)
Indeed... a common occurance on beaches near large populations of jellyfish! Another, I have seen is the millions of dead horseshoe crabs that are on the Delaware beaches after their mating season. But they do provide food for the shore birds! Nature is both beautiful and cruel, as is, alas, human behavior! :)

Quoting El Barto ! Nifty build! Impressive flexibility, too, always important. But I'm surprised you didn't paint your toenails for the photo?
A pedicure would have detracted one's attention from his bulging eyes! :)

Quoting Nathan Ingerson Your newmiddle name wouldn't be "Turvy" would it?? With the new last name it would sound great being said in an Italian accent! Anyhoo, cool jelly, and fun vid!. I have come to expect the unexpected from you. Keep up the good work.
Hee, hee someone else, in a comment, referenced the same thing... might of been Ru? Anyhoo, it does kinda 'fit' when one takes into account my building style. I never thought about the accent part... funny! Thanks for the comment! :)

Quoting Michael Kringe Fabulous! I like his cute head and the hair!
I'll tell you a secret... to get his fabulous chin to 'glow' blue when I inverted the colors I had to substitute yellow bricks for the dark red ones... shhh, don't tell anyone! :)

Quoting Mihai Marius Mihu I like your solution for the hair, it works great! Nicely done!
I had it in my mind to make the canopy curves out of hinge pieces. But I only have black hinges, so when I started buildling I realized they looked like dreadlocks. So Jangles was born! Thanks! :)

Quoting L.A. Miranda Needs more photos in order to study the building, but I don't need more to find this awesomely hilarious xDD Honestly, where do you get these ideas from?
Thnaks! I will add 2 more after the judging, I don't think I can do it now. I believe I got this idea of a jellyfish, because my oldest daughter just visited an aquarium that does research on them. And she mentioned to me of how her younger sister would have really liked to have seen all the jellyfish. My younger daughter LOVES jellyfish! :)

Thanks... I had way too much fun doing this! I'm sure my neighbor was wondering what the heck I was doing taking pictures of the ground out by the sand pile between our two properties! :)
