Iron Man MK I and II
Yeah, even more posts. I had WAY to much time during hurricane Sandy and I did a ton of building. These are only two examples...
About this creation
Iron Mechaverse Prologue: Tony Stark had it all: he was a genius, billionaire, chick magnet, you name it. The one thing he didn't have was heart. Tony just loved to build weapons. Lots of weapons. Weapons of mass destruction, weapons of less destruction, weapons of little destruction, etc. However, the weapons that he loved came back to bite him. One day, when he was supervising the transport of Stark Tech weaponry in the middle east, Mr. Stark was attacked and kidnapped by terrorists. His body was too damaged and he was barely alive. Ho Yinsen, a world renowned physicist and computer genius was also captured. He built a prototype computer capable of supporting a highly complex AI system. Using methods unknown, he transferred Tony Stark's brainwaves into the computer. Stark was horrified and immediately sought revenge and escape from his captors. Together, he and Yinsen built the Iron Man MK I AI armor out of weapons the terrorists had given them to modify. Tony's mind was once again transferred, this time into the walking weapon that was the Iron Man MK I AI Doll.

Stark escaped successfully, and nearly destroyed the terrorists base of operations. Sadly, Yinsen died in the escape, causing Tony to reevaluate his life, especially since he now lives inside an AI Doll. He was found by the US military who had been sent on a rescue mission. Stark returned to the US and completely re-imagined Stark Tech-- he would build no more weapons after seeing what stolen ones could do. He also rebuilt his Iron Man AI Doll, making it less of a walking weapon. The MK I was powered by an Arc Reactor. The MK II incorporates 5 arc reactors: 1 in the Doll's chest that powers locomotion and all AI systems and 4 for propulsion/assault.

Obviously, the MK II would best the MK I any day.

Tony Stark realized that in some situations, he will need to be a living, walking weapon. so he built the Iron Man MK II.1 combat Modulations.

Builder's comments: Yeah, so I had an itch to build an Iron Man armor. At first, I tried to be accurate with the details and everything... yeah, that didn't really work out. Then I built the chest/torso and thought: "I can still build Iron Man! It'll just be within my own little Iron Mechaverse!" I liked the sound of that, so I built the MK II. Then I thought: "well, what about the MK I?" So I used my Chunk IV frame to build that. Then I got the whole idea for the story and I just couldn't back down... The combat mods were just sort of an afterthought, like "what would happen if Stark had to take a whole army?" So, in the spirit of Japanese anime I built a stronger combat mode by bulking him up a little, adding a backpack, giving him a sword and a (small)shield. Hope you liked it! Maybe a Mandarin or Iron Monger is in the future for a villain, eh? ;)
