What a great build. You see LEGO busts from time to time, but this one actually bears a resemblance to the person it depicts. I love how you used SNOT on the face, (that sounds funny). Not often do you see that technique for LEGO faces. Great work on the teeth, a burden well handled. What I really like is how you were able to show his crazy hair coming out from under the hat. Very well done.

More like Tommy Creeper! Great sculpting, don't know the guy so I can't have recognition, but It does look exactly like a human! (He has a really ugly face. Really well built, but very ugly)
