I thought I'd give it another try as I wasn't 100% happy with my first design.
It's almost an entirely new build. The biggest change was moving the front "spikes" from the arms to the legs, and placing the wings on the arms.
Flip back the tail fin
Rotate the cockpit 90 degrees
Flip wings back
Rotate wing assembly out to the side and split to form arm
Move front spikes out and bend to form knee
Flip front nose sections 180 degrees to form feet.
Those who know me well will no doubt have guessed - this is version 1. A bulkier version is on the way along with some back story.

Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner had a transformable LEV called the Vic Viper. Oh, and nice work by the way. Very recognizable with how it transforms. Now get back to giving us what we all really want: Zero going out and destroying everything. You know what I am talking about...
Like I said, I just stumbled on the reference, I actually know nothing at all about ZotE other than the name (and that the mech designs are disturbingly proportioned).
I've gotten behind on my prep for work, Spanish classes and Christmas, so MOCing is taking a back seat again from today. So unfortunately unless someone wants to volunteer to add Part 11, no new CyberAgent 2.0 instalments till maybe December.
I need to do some tidying up of my folders too, as the CAU stuff is all over the place, I've 25th C stuff mixed in with the Micro Scale stuff and I need to figure out if I need the WIP folder any more.
In short - I'm busy.

Now that's a new idea!
A Vic Viper that transforms! It looks good, both as a viper and as the transformed being!
Keep up this high standard of work!
I'm not sure it is all that new. I seem to remember the game "Zone of the Enders" had a vic viper like transformer in it. I've never played it I just stumbled on the reference when I was looking for Vic Viper designs when I did one earlier this month.

Clever, simple yet effective transform.
I'm starting to get a little more ambitious, but between LDD and my limited engineering experience, simple is about my level.
I'd rather have two modes which are recognisable and it be obvious how to get from one to the other, than have a complex transformation with one or even two not very good modes.

Cool design. It'd be great to see what it would look like IRL if you had the pieces (although I understand the limitations on that).
Actually I might have most of the bricks I used for this but in different colours, I do still have a couple of Exo Force and Creator sets knocking around somewhere. If I find time I'll dig them out and see what I can do.
