HeaVVy Metal Viper
Even though the Space Skulls are less than a footnote in LDD history, they still rock out across the universe. The HeaVVy Metal Viper can play two guitars at once without having hands. How? With the power OF STEEEEEEELLLL!!
About this creation

I think it needs more spikes on the engine.

The roof hinges up to reveal a well detailed cockpit and weapons control. The HeaVVy Metal Viper is armed with over 20GB of the most brutal metal songs in the galaxy.

The pilot, DJ Hardon Collider. That winning smile says he has a song in his hard drive to share with you. The prison suit says he doesn't care about the laws against sharing music.

You could update guitars with some double-necks or even eight-string models to be more usable in metal world :D Still , nice job :D

METAL!!! This one should be realized in real life. You could go in for some wicked asymmetry with different fuitar styles - warlock-body bass on one side, flying-v on the other, etc. Maybe even re-greeble the engines so they look like drums.

That thing rocks, Dude! Hear the sustain! (Now why didn't I come up with this?)

Wow, what a unique Viper! The design is awesome. The skull, the guitars, everything. Great job! :-))

Quoting Jesse Long Hey, JWG 258, I like your rather...unique interpretation of both the Space Skulls and the classic Gradius/Nemesis/Parodious/Omatouious Vic Viper. However, if I DO have some complaints about it, then these are the two complaints about it, sir. First of all, please visit a LEGO Store and buy the parts and make a REAL LIFE version of the craft and second, please make the guitar wings match. Although I love your idea of using guitars for the wings of the Vic Viper, what I do NOT like is its asymmetry. This may work with other space craft but a Vic Viper is known by its symmetrical design and, as such, it can not be asymmetrical by design. Why not put the frets, strings, and whatnot on the other side of the guitar on its left wing? It would make your vessel look infinitely better if you were to build it that way.
This project was never meant to be anything more than a LDD amusement. I probably won't build it in plastic. My MarsCorp and more serious sets take up the bulk of my effort and bricks. Have you ever tried to get a giant left handed guitar thats rated for space flight? They are prohibitively more expensive than right handed space-guitars.

Quoting Mihe Stonee that's really experimential - but very cool design ! the guitars and headphones are a very nice touch!
I picked guitars on a whim. At first I wanted to make part of a rib-cage and arms holding revolvers. I changed to guitars to wrap the project up a bit faster. It turned out well. no other spaceship on MOCpages is armed with guitars.

Quoting David Roberts Astonishing idea for a spaceship. A great example of LDD creativity, using that infinite box of bricks. I like how the headphones lift up with the cockpit hatch and the orange eyes. Bad news: I think that one of the teeth needs some dental work!
Its not visible in the pictures, but the pilot and ship have matching gold teeth
