I'm the lucky guy who owns and drives one. A brand new 2012 VW Amarok Doublecab, 163hp Biturbo diesel engine. This was my first try on building my own car. It's not perfect but i like the result. Credits to Richard Brown because i used some of the techniques he used at his Nissan Navara. Thanks for watching, have fun my friends.
About this creation

This is a picture of my and my friends Amaroks. My is the first one without trailer ;)

Sorry for the partly blurry pics, sadly no better pics were possible due to the lighting.

Thanks for watching.

Credits to Richard Brown. I used some of his very clever techniques at my Amarok :) http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/251807

Quoting Predrag Hrubik I am big fan of German auto industry, my favourite car which I drove which I had is beetle! Very nice build! Outstandig!
Thank you very much. The Amarok is my favorite modern vehicle from VW but my alltime favorite is the famous an really nice VW T1 Samba Bus. I wish i could own one. But it's really rare and expensive. But it's a absolute beautiful Bus ;) Thank you a lot for your kind comment. Btw, the beetle is also a really nice vehicle.

Quoting Harrison McNeill Awesome Job! This is actually a really good looking pickup, wish they had them for sale in America :) Your one lucky guy!
Thank you really much buddy. I really appreciate your comment :) They don't sell it in the US because they have there so many other bigger Pickups. Here the Amarok is one of the biggest but in the US it's one of the smaller ones. And it has only a 2 liter, BiTurbo Diesel Engine with 163 HP. Mileage is ca 7,8 liters Diesel/100km. It's a great engine and the Amarok has 400 newtonmeters torque at 1500rpm. You can drive easily over 200 Km/h with it. Tested this on our German Autobahn which is known for no speed limit on many track sections :) So i must say, it's a fantastic, great looking and comfortable Truck :) Love it

Quoting Paulo Rodriguez Cool, I never really knew VX made a truck, a little one, but a truck! I guess they are not popular here in the Caribbean... Nice job Sven, I really like the door handles, how did you make them?
Thank you very much my friend. Yes, it's the first real Pikcup truck made by VW. Here in Germany it's one of the biggest ones :) Ca. as big as a Dodge Ram 1500. The Amarok is very popular in Europe. Btw, made the door handles with the new hammers which i put through a angular brick. Hope you understand it well. This was a technique who Richard Brwon used for his Nissan Navara. It's a great technique and i like the result :)

Quoting Loek Marcus Hey, I see you gave credits to a guy, you can link to it easily :) Though you need to do it in the ''photo-HTML-piece'' :) You can do it by take a link, set <a href= before the link and > after it. Then type a word, and finish the word with </a> easy huh? If you don't understand totally, read this a bit :) http://mocpages.com/help/html_tips.php
Thank you very much for your help my friend. This is really kind of you! Will fix this soon. Now i add only the link because i have to reply many comments :)

@Mitchell, thank you very much mate! @Elk, thanks a lot.@Geoffrey, thank you very much. Yes, it's my baby and i enjoy driving with it every second ;). @Allan, lol, this is is the one and only model of it. But feel free building it by yourself ;) Thank you very much. @Nick, thank you! @SC, Thank you very much buddy. The truckbed cover is light grey (not exacly visible on the pics) Made it because i have on my Amarok a diamond plate bed cover. This is really cool. @ Paul, yes it was time for building a German car. And the best, i drive it in real life ;) But as you know, i'm a big fan of NYC, so i built first some typical Us cars. @Joonmin, thank you so much buddy. I wanted taking a pic together with my real Amarok, but when i'm at home from work it's too dark outside. :( @Nils, thank you so much my friend for your nice comment. Building it was very difficult but now i'm happy with the result. Yeah, i'm really happy that i can drive it every day. It's a great Pickup and i enjoy it every second ;)
