Jolt is a hunter, and a good one too. He an interesting character, he does not show any emotion a bit like a robot, but yet still cares for others. He is equipped with an axe and grapple chain that he can electrify to stun or harm his opponents. Jolts element is electricity. He can create his own electricity and whatever produces it is like a muscle, exercises and it gets stronger, use to much to quickly and it will give up on him. this moc was the first real moc that i gave more interesting weapons. i wanted him to have an axe that was different and gave an 'conducting' effect.
