On these docks you can buy anything from fish to Iphones(well maybe not iphones but something else that really isn't like fish) But beneath these waters lies something sinister and evil.

Quoting David the Fire Ninja Jedi I like how it's a little bit above the water, nice! I'd just say make the minifigues seeming as if they are walking (at least some of them) instead of both legs connected to the studs.
Thanks! Thats a great idea, with a few other of my creations I did that but on this one I didn't really spend much time on the minifig placement
