No one knows where or when (hint) that Toxen came from. One day he just appeared, and when he did he fell into a pit of black tar and because he is made entirely of cosmic radiation he melted through the tar a bit faster than a normal being would sink into a pit. When Judicium saw this he foolishly and rudely remarked about how weird a creature Toxen appeared and at this Toxen was able to free himself and viscously corrected Judicium of how much of a higher being Toxen was than the life form that judicium is. From then on Judicium never talked about that day for the sake of his confidence and reputation.
