Ota Castle My entry for CCC X is the third of four provincial castles of the Nara Shogunate, the other three being Azuma, Sogestu and Nakatsu. Administered by Lord Ota, it is outside of the Imperial Palace, the most important of the castles, as it's lord is directly in charge of the Shogunate's bread basket regions.

About this creation

The Level with the gray stone tiles is the first floor. Included In this area is a kitchen, a heavily guarded well with a solid steel door, and a storage area. The second floor, with the brown tiles, includes a treasury and a training room. The third floor, containing the white tiles, is Lord Ota's audience hall.

No sir not even close. Your version inspired much of the stuff you see in this version particularly the wooden floors and stone skirting

I can make just enough out from your pictures to see the quality detailing, but the angle makes it hard to see all that work that you put into it.

Thanks..Its just hard to get clear pictures without a digital camera. However Ill buy one this week and reload the pics

I can definitely see an evolution in your technique. I like how you added texture to the stone skirting. But where this really shines is in the interior detail. I can make just enough out from your pictures to see the quality detailing, but the angle makes it hard to see all that work that you put into it.
