Review of set: 79000 (Riddles for the Ring)
A short review of the Riddles for the Ring set which I bought yesterday after watching the Unexpected Journey Movie.
About this creation

First of all, the set in it's entirety- We get the entrance to the cave which Bilbo and a Young Goblin (not included) find themselves in after a skirmish. We also get a small representation of the makeshift boat which Gollum uses to safely transport himself on and of his island.

The boat is made up of some small bones and scraps of wood which had been deposited in his cave over the 500 year occupation. The set included a blindfish which gollum is seen eating at the start of the scene (it fits snugly into Gollum's boat).

"He's coming to get me!"

"We're going to get it, Precious!"

Closeup of Gollum to show his face printing. I'm really not sure whether the spots on the side of his face are intentional or a printing error; The box doesn't show them but the Gollum in the movie did have liver spots on his face.

Demonstration of the main play feature: The ring 'escapes' from Gollum's pocket and lands on the floor of the cave for Bilbo to pick up.

As with all sets including one 'ring' or one 'Sting', there are duplicate spares -If there were two rings in the book, the plot would be very different...

Bilbo's back printing and alternate face.
