The Year is 11032 ABY in the Jedi temple on Tython. the Galaxy has been at peace for many years. Young Jedi Avacon speaks to his master in his Quarters.

About this creation

Avacon- "Master, do you know the ways of the dark side?"
Noan- "The ways of the Sith are long forgotten, they were destroyed in the war many millennia ago. why do you ask this?"
Avacon-"The masters never taught me of the Sith when I was a youngling. it is as if they fear the very though of the dark side. why is such an important part of our history hidden from us?"

Noan- "The Sith were pure evil, and the dark side will corrupt anyone who uses it. We will not speak of this again."

As Avacon slept he experienced a dream, fell voices called to him and he saw visions of a tomb.

He awoke drenched in sweat and had an excruciating headache. For hours he sat and pondered the true meaning of this "balance" that the masters always spoke of, and more than anything he thought about the dark side.

Then he came to a decision; he would leave the Jedi and use his powers to its full extent.

He manage to slip out of the temple unnoticed and to a landing dock, where a guard stopped him.
Guard- "Hey Padawan! go back to bed its far past hours!
Avacon- " I need that ship"

Avacon pushed past the guard and walked towards the second.

Guard- "hey kid go to bed! do you want to get in trouble?"
Avacon lept over the second guard....

And onto the ship. Noan and a Zabrak Jedi walked onto the dock.
Noan- "Out of the way!"

Noan- "What do you think your doing boy?"
Avacon- "I am leaving, the Jedi are shackled by their code and are prisoners of the force. With the dark side I will be free from your burdens. Don't try to stop me."

Noan- "I cannot allow you to leave Avacon, I do not want to hurt you. You are no match for two Jedi masters."

Avacon-"The Dark side called to me in my sleep! It will give me the strength to fight you!"
Avacon sent a bolt of lighting from his hands into Noan's blade, pushing him backwards.

Avacon send a shockwave through the ground, knocking both Jedi backwards.

Avacon stepped into the cockpit as the Jedi painfully pulled themselves to their feet.
"Goodbye master"

Deep in space, Avacon hopelessly searches his mind for somewhere to go. He slowly he falls into sleep, he hears voices calling and sees the tomb again. He involuntarily activates the hyperdrive, and everything goes black...........

An intriguing start for a story! The background builds are very nice and the effects are good as well. Nice job!

Quoting Harry 863 Very nice start to the story! The back ground is good, as are the settings. Just one thing, maybe put a gap between each person's speech or narration as it makes it easier to read. Also, although I thought the dark lighting was really good for this story, for other stories it may be a little to dark so just watch for that. Any way, other than that its a really good start and I can't wait to read more!

Thanks for the advice. i will change the background for other stories, but this one was at night so i thought black was good.
