FDNY Tower Ladder 13 "Pride of Yorkville"
My first new creation in this year. I proudly present you the brandnew FDNY Seagrave Marauder II 75 foot Aerialscope.Tower Ladder 13 is located at 159 East 85 street in the Yorkville section of Manhattan. Tower Ladder 13 shares quarters with Engine 22 and Battalion 10. Their response area is from E70th street to E99th street between the East River in the east and Central Park in the west. All stripings and red/white markings are made with retroreflective vinyl. Cab and bucket designed by me. Body and boom design from Nick Warner, made only some changes in some details. The bullhorn is custom made by me, because i don't have it from Lego. So i used a Lego part for it. New designed by me the handle bars. I hope you like this new Truck. Was fun to build this beast and i'm very happy with the result. Thanks for watching, have fun ;) Btw, Happy New Year my friends :)
About this creation

The cab interior with some maps in the center console. Used the same technique for the steering wheel like in my 5 wide sedan and the UPS truck.

This is the original Truck 13. I don't own the picture, it's only for reference to the model.

Thanks for watching, please rate and comment. Hope you like it. :)

Credits to Nick Warner for the main body and boom design. Made only some little changes. Thanks my friend :)

Quoting Marcus Paul Ah, there it is, the "Pride of Yorkville". And you can be proud of it - really impressive! I love the photography, too, especially perspectives and lighting - there is quite a realistic feel to it. CU
Thank you so much for your nice comment my friend. Yes, i'm really proud of it ;) I'm glad that you like it so much.

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 i ve seen some very nice fire trucks before, but, this one is incredible! wow! the sculpting, details, functions, my fire dept needs help, but, you did nt stop there...you made an emergency dream [nightmare] action scene! you HAVE to make emergency stories sven, it looks absolutely fab! with your sky scrapers! super work!
I understand this comment from you much better. Thanks a lot for your great compliment. I know i should do emergency stories. But don't think it's so easy for me as it is. Due to my daily work i don't have so much time for making more things. Have many projects planned. I don't know if i can do the additional stuff. But i like your idea with the stories and really appreciate it. I'll keep it in sight for the future. Thanks again :)

The rig itself was good looking without decals... But I have to say the decals just put it over the top. The DOT tape, stabilizer and siren warning labels, the memorial plaque on the side, all details that everyone else always misses. To me, it's the little things that make a creation incredible. Outstanding job, like always.

Quoting Loek Marcus Wow Sven, just Wow. This is such a beautiful rig! Just letting you know: I am working on a 2007 Pierce Arrow Ladder from FDNY: ladder 29. It is going well! And a very happy (belated) new year!
Thank you very much my friend. Too bad that the pics are not the best. Will take some new tomorrow. Btw, nice to read this from you. Hope it will turn out well. But i don't think that they have a Pierce Ladder in NYC. The original Ladder 29 is a Seagrave. But it's possible that the Pierce was used as a FDNY rig in Rescue Me, a Tv show in the US. So it's only fictional.

Oh and to that comment below, FDNY never operated a Pierce Tower Ladder, or Truck at all, except the E-One and Arrow XT's that where used in Rescue me.
