Story: Created by the Matoran to search for extraterrestrial life in Parallel Universe X after the destruction of the MU, Likus journeys the cosmos visiting new worlds. He has saved entire star systems from many alien threats that have arisen over the centuries and has received new upgrades from salvaged mechanical beings he has defeated. As such, future civilizations created the first prototype Hero Factory warriors in honor of him to enforce peace and justice throughout Universe X.
Leg detail. The Voltix pieces really came in handy here. Thigh design is a rebuild of Overlord Galaxus' only with more greebles and Bohrok shields on the outside.
100% redesigned torso. The exhaust pipes coming out the sides are a sweet technique that uses mini antennaes with half-bushings that the fingers use only with normal bushings. Likus has kept in shape. He still has his trademark six pack.
Arm with it's beautiful purple greebles (from Chitauri minifigs). Gotta love that hand design. I'm not sure if anyone has used it yet. It looks far more realistic than the Exo-force-robot-arm technique. I highly recommend you try it with antennaes being available in so many different colors it's a very versatile design.
Rear view so you can see how the belt connects. As you can see, I kept the jetpack from version one but shrunk it considerably. The old 'pack would've made this far too back-heavy (and weird-looking). You can imagine the 03 blades folding down and covering the rockets, Iron Man style, or staying open like this in flight.
Kanohi Sukil, the Great Mask of Durability. No new tricks here, just the same tried and true design.
Heighth comparison with everyone's favorite Dark Hunter. Likus stands 12 inches (or 30 cm if you're on the other side of the world).

Didn't think Likus could go head-to-head with the galaxy's worst villians without these, huh?
Dual handguns! The one on the left is named "Boom". One on the right's "Pow".

Electrcity staff. This is why Voltix is a great set.
The Almighty Spear of Fusioooon! More of a work of art than a weapon. Design credit goes to Retinence.
Machine gun. Fully rebuilt from the original. This one makes the old one look like a toy. Oh wait...

The build is overall fantastic, not much to say there, so I'm going to nitpick the little things.
I don't really like the hands. They're too small compared to the bulkiness of the rest of the MOC.
This version has a flatter chest; I must say that I liked the jutting out chest, it was very unique and made him seem somewhat more robotic (in my eyes, a good thing for the MOC).
Not sure if the title "purple one" is accurate since he's mostly silver; basically, you need to add more purple.
Finally, and this is just a personal aesthetic thing, I think that adding some trans light green accents would complement the spacy look you're going for.
That's a whole load of insanity on steroids. Look at that! My favorite part is that protruding chest, like his last version. Your purple and gray color scheme is unique, not often used, and I love the Electricity Staff. Complete Maniacality.
Sheer perfection! I'm gonna add you to my favorite builders now! Love the fingers, greebles, weapons, designs, and everything else! Is he stable and posable? Looks like he'd be heavy with all those greebles. Great job! :D
A great amount of details and work here, but my silly eyes don't go very far from the fingers. A very interesting design that make me ask: 'Are they stable and resistant? Could I borrow that design someday?' After some hours without keeping my eyes of the hands, I finally could see the other great new details of this amazing MOC, like the beautiful new chest, the 'belt' idea on the waist, the simple but great design of the Electricity Staff and the magnificient techno-upgraded Spear Of Fusion (wait, is the same from Vezon or a different weapon?). Perfect, my dear, perfect!
