Inspired by my love of an Old Time Radio series from the 40's. X-1 was one of the earlier Sci/Fi radio series and usualy involved some form of space craft. This is a bit of a homage to early sci/fi radio and pulp magazines. I really like how the fin and wings turned out. This was a bit of a head scratcher for building. I ended up tearing it apart a few times to get the shape right and getting the CMF stands to work how I wanted.

About this creation

One of my favorite builds. I've definatly gotten better, but still have a long way to go.

Thanks for catching what I was putting out there. What ever happened to the Ming? The republic serials, while cheesy, are still among some of my favorite shows. Cheers, and thanks everyone for the comments!
