AFCA National Championship Trophy
About this creation
The winner of college football's BCS National Championship Game receives a Waterford Crystal trophy. In honor of last year's winner (Alabama) I decided to build the trophy. The football is made up of over 2000 translucent clear pieces. Come see it in person at Brickfair Alabama 2013.

Well, I admit openly that I am a Buckeye fan myself, but above all else, I am a football fan. This is an excellent rendition of the trophy. The shaping is absolutely perfect, and the placement of the trans-pieces really gives it that crystal illusion. Very well done.

Hmm, interesting subject matter. I'm impressed that you got something done almost exclusively in trans-clear to look this good.
