Here's what I've used My Sunday on, a ghast from minecraft.
As a first ever, it is My first minecraft model to have no visible studs and brick/platebottoms. And the "pixels" almost all line up with the original mob.
The only place which they don't is on the back, because it has edges with
two colours.
all of the tentacles move independently, but since most of them have different
sizes, the model can't stand by itself and that is also why i added the quite
annoying stand.
If you haven't noticed, I didn't use my standart scale on this mob, because a
Ghast is ridiculously big. My ghast has a 16*16*16 tile head/body and 9 tentacles
ranging from 2*2*8 to 2*2*14.
but if I were to build it in full scale then it would be, a 64*64*64 tile head/body
and tentacles ranging from 8*8*32 to 8*8*56. so right now i don't have parts enough
to build it full scale.
The whole model:
left side:
right side:
the back. Here you can see the pixel details i used
a lot of time on.
the bottom:
since the stand covers up most of the tentacles, I have taken
some pictures showing them more clearly.
GHAST: (screams, then shoots a fireball at you)
Luckily for you I didn't take the time to build a fireball.
