About this creation
So a few of you might have seen the WIP I posted a few days ago. For those that didn't, it was a new venture for me - the first time I used Bionicle and System in the same build. So far, not much has actually changed with the basic form and construction of the mech itself. Instead I've been struggling to "integrate" a 9v lego power pack, for spectacular light and sound action, action action! (Yes I know I said action three times)

I must stress that I use the term "integrate" very loosely, as it's pretty much impossible to retro-fit a mech with a 9v power pack that's pretty much the same size as said mech's entire torso. Still - all things considered - it's going ok.

One thing that really struck me was that the tiny light bulbs (yes they're not LEDs) still work! I think I got that Lego Space set when I was about eight years old, so that makes those light-bulbs about 25 years old... Incredible!

Mechanic: What seems to be the problem?
Mech: I'm feeling a little light headed...

Bonus Group shot :)

Slight redesign, not much, just some refinements...

If that's the problem with the video, you can download aTubeCatcher or any kind of video-converting program. Tranform it to avi or even wmv directly and then work with it. Also, I understand you hide the battery on the waist, so, why do you try to make a bigger chest instead of a smaller waist? =)

Quoting L.A. Miranda For some reason, my comment on the other WIP disappeared... Well, the additions and improves makes him even better, it's nice to see a proper color scheme, and you even added light and sound to it! However, to be honest, now I found that waist too big xD Anyways it's still one of the best BioSystem MOCs I have ever seen. When you finish the MOC, please make a video with the sounds and lights! =)
Hey, thanks for the kind words - that's huge encouragement to finish this MOC! I'm going to try and hide the bulk of the battery compartment some more (yeah right <.<) and then I'll experiment with refining the overall form of the mech ie. make him less pudgy looking, lol I'd love to post a video, but one of the problems I foresee, is that Windows movie maker doesn't handle .mov files - but that's all my camera seems to spit out. I'll be sure to try though, it would be nice to demonstrate the mech properly.
