The British Royal Navy actually had a ban on women serving in the navy which wasn't lifted until 1990. And the first female naval officer of the British Navy joined up in 1995. Fitting to your MOC she served aboard the HMS Portland fighting agaisnt Somali pirates and cocaine smugglers in the Carribean. The US Navy's first female admiral was appointed in 1972. Maybe your Admiral Billingsgate has a fetish for dressing up in women's clothing? Apart from that I really like this MOC, especially the drunken naval officer being sick out of the window.
