Story: A kind hearted Toa if light who had a slight mishap with a shadow leech. Now she's a homocidal maniac with a jetpack. In other words, the just another every-day MOC XD
Name: Xera
Species: Corrupted Toa
Element: Corrupted light
Weapons: Mace, Grenade Launcher
Gender: Female
Alignment: Chaotic Evil IMPORTANT FOR JUDGES!!!
Xera is a polar opposite of Dragonax in these ways:
1. She is a Toa who has become evil, where as Dragonax is a Makuta who has become good.
2. She has jetpack instead of wings.
3. Her colors are the negatives of Dragonax’ colors
4. She controls light, but Dragonax controls shadow
5. Xera prefers a loud, heavy hitting fighting style, while Dragonax is more of a ninja.
ONTO TEH MOC OF AWESOMENESZZZ!!!
Let’s start off with an inverted picture shall we? This is the color scheme she’s supposed to be the opposite of. I couldn’t get all the colors right in the actual MOC, but it’s pretty close.
Legs. I like the look of that fang piece and robot arm, it’s a good bit of greebling.

Body. I’ve had this design around for awhile, but I’ve never posted it until now. It’s one of my best, I think, but this particular variation is a little unstable. The chest armor is being held in place by a rubber band and those orange tubes, but it stays in place very well. It was a pain to put together though XP
She has a jetpack! This was inspired by a comment on my YouTube video “Why Makuta Are Better Than You”. Whoever follows me on YT will know what I’m talking about ;D
Head. NINJA MASK!!! I don’t know why, but the mask just seems to give her much more attitude. She also has earrings, something I’ve wanted to do with a fe-MOC for a while.
Mace. Dragonax prefers silent, low profile combat, so I gave Xera loud/powerful/overkill weapons.

Xera’s other weapon, a Halo-inspired grenade launcher. Unfortunately, her mask came off here. It’s hard to put on and my camera was dying, so I just left it off for the rest of the pictures :P
This picture looks SO EPIC.
Blade. If she runs out of ammo, she just stabs things with the pointy end.

And now for some comparisons between Xera and Dragonax, using color-negatives. Blue becomes orange, silver becomes gun-metal, and black is white. You get the idea.
She seems nice... but she'll probably stab you as soon as you turn your back. Think on that when you judge XD
Builder notes (ALSO IMPORTANT TO JUDGES):
This was a really tough MOC to build. Since Dragonax is such a weird character, making an opposite version was crazy. Also, if you think she should be gold since she’s a Toa of light, think again. When Takanuva was corrupted, his armor turned almost the same colors. Nerd-knowledge FTW!!!

I personally prefer looking at all your pictures of Xera in this fashion, instead of having to scroll down thru everything. Every Bio Builder should do this, since alot a pic angles are sometimes needed to showcase a MOC. I have seen a few builders make these videos, but not enough do. So why not? I think most Bio builders are all very good at all sorts of tech stuff! Anyhoo, great moc and idea! :)
