RC with leaf spring suspension on both axles and disk brakes on the back wheels.
About this creation

The canopy is just a piece of stretchy fabric from an old rash vest, which I cut to size and used a hole punch to make some technic compatible holes with. It is a bit unorthodox and could be considered outside standard building practice, but since the darth vader set 8010 used material as a cape, I felt justified using material for the canopy :)

The rear axle replicates that of the real model T: brakes, horizontal leaf spring suspension, and a pivoting 'v' bar that stops the whole axle coming off (you can see this better on the underside picture below).

The front axle also closely mimics the real car: again with horizontal leaf spring suspension, standard steering, and another pivoting 'v' shaped bar that hols the whole axle on.

This underside picture reveals the design of the chassis, very similar to the actual model (minus the gear box).

Here are some more pics of the exterior:

It drives using the motor from set 8539, which took up a lot of space inside, so unfortunately there are no seats! That being said, the steering wheel does works as you drive.

I hope you enjoy! Feel free to leave your comments, I welcome any constructive criticism! :)

Oops! Sorry for having overlooked the set number in your model description. The colour match between model and remote makes it look like an official model. Actually I wonder how to make the brakes work?

Quoting Matthew K. DATS AWESOME!I've never seen a motorized Model T before. I'm wondering if the brakes are just for show or if they work via the remote control.
The brakes work, but aren't connected to a motor as I only have two remote control motors to work off unfortunately! I need to save up for some power functions ;)

Quoting Erwin Schulz Wonderful! What kind of remote is it on the first picture?
Thanks! The remote control and motor is from set 8539. It has two motors in one unit: the yellow buttons contol one motor, and the orange control the other. So yellow is steering and orange is forward and reverse :)
