This is the first Star Wars MOC that I've done in a long time even though I am a huge Star Wars fan and I buy more Star Wars sets than anything else, at least in recent years.
About this creation
Han Solo is my favorite character from Star Wars. I had recently gotten his minifigure from the Star Wars Character Encyclopedia and I wanted to use it in a MOC. That got me thinking, what if Han had to go on an undercover mission for the Rebel Alliance and he couldn't use the Millennium Falcon because it was too recognizable? From that, I built a small starfighter that could be used for that purpose. This was the result. It is a simple star fighter with a small cockpit, guns, and an astromech droid socket (who would want to go somewhere without R2-D2?).
Different views of the ship:
The cockpit with Han inside.
R2-D2 in his astromech socket.
The astromech socket.
I put lights on the wings because I've noticed that Star Wars ships have running lights, at least they do in the original trilogy.
I put two different printed plates from some of my Star Wars sets on the wings for detail.
Each wing has a gun on the end of it, after all, Han would never travel in an unarmed ship if he could help it.

The cockpit controls, I used the printed slope from my X-Wing Fighter set (the one that came with Yoda's hut) for detail.
Not bad, but there are some parts where the texture just jumps a gap, like stairs... If you put some SNOT slopes there (or use a different solution), it would look pretty nice.
