The Costigarian Type 17 Infantry Support Weapon is a new, portable, short-range gatling gun designed to mow down enemy infantry. Also capable of tracking low-flying aircraft and ripping holes through lightly armored vehicles, the Type 17 uses an advanced computer tracking mechanism for hands-free use. It's frame is made of advanced carbide alloy, and is easy to produce, thus easy to get replacement parts. Costigar plans to put many of them on the Victoria Line.
Very nice work on this gun, it does look more like something from WW2 than a futuristic system, but it's still pretty cool. Anyway, when it comes to building defensive lines, remember that you can't win a war with them, only delay the enemy.
