A dormant volcano, a peaceful village, and a beast of legend.
About this creation

Living next door to a dormant volcano may seem apparently safe to most but crazy to others. These 'others' are villagers that have decided to settle at the base of the goliath mountain, never seeming to show any fear of it's predicted eruption or the tales that abound the black rock volcano.

The tales say of a beast, a monstrous creature incarcarated within the volcano and that the eruption will signal it's return. A goliath that is composed of ash and rock that is heavily built to keep all the power of magma contained within it's form.
It is not beyond destroying the settlement below upon it's return and consuming the villagers that dwell within.

The dormant volcano

Villagers have settled below in small huts. They have set up near a river bank.

The black rock volcano erupts!

Unwary villagers have no idea that the volcano itself is the least of their worries and that the lava is not the worst thing the volcano contains.

I decided to make a slightly larger version of the miniature huts. Here we can see the olive green colour material with wooden areas here and there. A villager stands watch outside his home.

Goruunaar, Heated Vengeance.

Goruunaar is not beyond menial damage such as destroying the immediate village surrounding his prison and consuming the people that dwell there.

This was quite a fun build to do but I'm dissappointed that it's as small as it is. I must do a larger moc soon.
It mainly just started out as the torso that was made to be all chunky and that's why the shoulder areas are so over-sized and well rounded. I even included the HF shoudler armour on the back to encompas the joint moreso. The torso is pretty standard but limb armour is added underneath the main chest section to branch out to partially cover the frontal shoulder joints.
Overal, this wasn't the intended finish for this moc (when it was a WIP) but I am satisfied wth it.
