This model uses the base of Stuart Lucas' Gears. For those who remember Armada, Tailgate is very homagely to Armada Blurr. Of course Tailgate is also homage to g1 Tailgate. Sonar is something random to put on Tailgate.

Both bots transform without the addition or removal of parts.
