About this creation

Developed by General Dynamics as the next wave of front-line combat suits, the GM Cannon Type is a complete upgrade from previous product lines. Based upon the experimental "Deathscythe"-Gundam frame, the RGC-80 sacrifices some advanced equipment and armor in order to be cheaper to produce and easier to operate.

A flexible and highly maneuverable mobile suit, the RGC-80 GM Cannon outclasses most suits deployed in the field today. The standard shoulder-mounted Heavy Autocannon can be augmented with any number of handheld armaments.The GM Cannon is most commonly seen with a shield and 20mm machine gun, as shown here.

In addition to armaments, the RGC-80 boasts a maneuverability system that is capable of both space and terrestrial operation, excelling in both capacities. A brand-new optics and communications package was also specially developed for use on the new line of GM's. BlueTrak optics in the head are supplemented with a microwave communications system and short range radar. All of these improvements add up to a robust piloting experience in the spacious control lounge.

Absolutely gorgeous work. Much cleaner than mine. Horribly underappreciated, though. That's a shame. It deserves more love. Love the work with the head, and, of course, I'm diggin the gun and shield combo. In this case, I think that the feet are what stand out to me the most. A very difficult thing to do, but you knocked it out of the park. Very well done.
