About this creation
Onto the second unit of the local college, M-15 (Ladder 1). Ladder 1 was bought, built, and delivered the same time as Engine 1, making it a 2002 Pierce Dash 75FT rear mount quint. The rig features all LED lighting, a Whelen Pioneer brow light, a Federal Q2B, Grover air horns, cab and bumper flashers, as well as a front suction valve. Ladder 1 has a 1500 GPM pump with a 500 gallon tank and a 30 gallon foam cell. There is a pike pole stored on the stick itself and internal ladder storage in the rear, also included in the rear is an arrow stick. This rig usually runs in tandem with M-11, but often responds off campus as the RIT crew to the neighboring communities, I stole a little of Paulo Rs body style to build this, I really want to build another unit in this scheme, I love how this turned out!
