This is my second entry to the 2013 Mocathalon. this category was a toughy but I managed using an insane amount of brown tiles. Some of you may be able to tell some of the Luigi's Mansion theme the room is actually based on the first room in the game, and the podaguster 3000 might have been a hint. This really pushed my collection of brown bricks to the limit, in some of the pictures you may see I resorted to using slopes facing backwards. Anyway it was super fun to make and it does glow in the dark (My camera wouldnt pick it up...) There are a lot of small details you might not pick up at first so take your time and spot them all! Great humour and building skills. I especially like all of the bent-up floor boards, which add a nice texture to the big floor and give it a real spooky old house feel too. |

Gorgeous work, Justin. The interior work is stellar. Love the ghost. Very evil-looking. My favorite detail is the raised floorboards. Looks perfect. The door in the back also is very well done. Nice tribute to a fun game. |
