Black is extremely hard to photograph well, so I appreciate the presentation here. Excellent choice of colours and a wickedly cool concept. 5 points that were easy to give away. Grats on the perfect score! ~Thoy |

I never know how to describe all the things I like about MOCs like this, so a cacophony of "epic, brilliant, and creepy!" will have to suffice. :)
Thanks Ian, I like that combo :)

Sweet creation! The two colors really go well together! Have you used a black light to make the green elements glow? I'll bet this would look cool with that as well!
Hmm, must look into that for future builds. Thanks for the comment too!

May the Emporer save us! Hahaha, ripper micro city mate, this really takes us into the decrepit heart of our reptilian foes. Superbly detailed and photographed. Love all that neon green action, bit the tower clawing at the sky is the deserved hero of this mater work. Love it :)
Cheers Parrington, been meaning to build something Draggone for a while, this seemed like a good opportunity :)

Ok. Wow. Jon, you are hitting on all cylinders right now. This is just brilliant. Love the tall building right in the middle of that sludge pool. The tubing leading out of that tall building is such a nice touch, and that neon green against the black is a striking combo. The ore train was such a fantastic addition, adding life and a bit of a concept of movement through the piece. I love how you were able to pack that much detail into such a small area. I was wondering how you'd be able to match the quality of the spaceball arena, but I guess that's just the quality to be expected when it comes from you. Very well done, Jon.
Cheers Tim, hope I can keep going ;) Really enjoyed making this one, and a favourite colour combo of mine :)

At this rate you are going to end up being crowned King of the MocAthalon. The mix of ore and mining complex is beautiful, and all those little architectural greebles just add to the mix. I love seeing you turn your considerable micro scale talents to the landscape building theme. Great, yet again. |
