Penang Straits Heritage House in Malaysia. This is based on a 1930s shophouse design. Chinese tradesmen settled in Penang back in the 19th century and hence influences of chinese architecture on the roof. Front facades are simple as these are not luxury homes and line the main street.
About this creation
The side view of the house. There is a living room , kitchen and outhouse on the ground floor.
A tiny little balcony at the back. The wall is blocked off because the back is usually an alley.
A Chinese trader and his wife stays here. They just moved in from Shanghai :)
Living area has a little tea table and a grandfather clock. On the right, the grille on the floor is for the airwell where rain will come down. It helps ventilate the home.
A little kitchen, an armoire, table for two, and an outdoor bath and outhouse(toilet).
A four poster bed with some cupboards and table light. The light is gas type.
ah, finally got to see inside, it is not disappointing, you manage your space very well, it s nicely colored, clean, but, detailed, if only you could add a picture of the real house it d be awesome, you have a lot of talent! congratulation!
