Group of Random Pokemon #1
This is my first Pokemon Compilation (I don't know how to get the accented 'e'). I hope to make more of these.
About this creation
So let's get started!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
First up is Wailord. I'm pretty proud of him, but he is no-where near minifig-scale. Then again, that would mean it would be about 30cm(approx. 1'")tall, and no-one (well, I) definitely don't have enough peices for that.
Now here we have Gigalith, a rock type with four legs. He turned out fairly decent, and in good scale, but normally has way more red spikes. I did originally have a ddesign that had lots more spikes, but it was about twice as tall, and looked very strange.
Fair well, transparent red 1x1 cones, I well miss you sorely.
Next up is Magmortar, the evolution of Magmar. Just imagine the orange is pink. I am very proud of this guy, especially the arms. I did find a very different design for Magmortar, but I looked very robotic and didn't capture the round belly or stripes.
The back certainly presented difficulties, mainly the tail, but I think it turned out alright.
Here we have Servine, the evolution of snivy. This one proved difficult (especially at minifig scale), but looks, um, passable.
Serperior, the evolution of Servine (see above). I am not particularly proud of him, and I knew it would be difficult, but he is my favourite Pokemon, so I felt I had to build him.
I put flippers on the bottom to try and add to the lime green, but I don't have much. If I had more, this probably would have turned out much better.
Evolution! Yes, the Servine has a grey cone, but I only have one sandy-coloured cone.
The Snivy design is not mine, it belongs to Guy S, and can be found here: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/303724
Next up is Swoobat, my least creation of the bunch. It is no-where near minifig scale, and looks ridiculous, but I made one anyway. Again, orange represents pink.
Here we have Throh. Yes, it just a minifig with shorter legs, but it's in minifig scale, and it's Throh.
And yes, it does have Spiderman's head.
Last, but definitely not least, is Girafarig. I just randomly had the idea tobuild one, testing the idea to use a joystick as the back hea, but it didnn't work out very well.
I think the front head would be better represented by a white frog, but I am fairly certain that such a piece does not exist.
